He first got into rally at the age of 12 as a spectator at the Sigma Olomouc Rally 1986. There he met the driver Jan Klokočka. Even back then car racing fascinated Vojtěch so much that he longed to become a racing driver. He eventually succeeded in 1995, when he became Jan Trajbold Junior's co-driver. In 1999 he sat behind the wheel of a racing car for the first time. In his very first year he won the title of runner-up champion in class N up to 2 litres in an Opel Astra GSi, and in the very next year he became the champion. This also inspired him to move to the higher category of production vehicles with four-wheel drive and turbocharged engine, first in private teams and then from 2005 eleven seasons as a factory driver of the Czech Subaru importer. In 2015 he founded the racing team Racing 21 with the entrepreneur and mathematician Karel Janeček. He competed exclusively in the ŠKODA Fabia R5 car up until 2018.
In 2019 he started with Veronika Havelková in the Czech Rally Championship with the new car: Polo GTI R5 and as a representative of the Czech Republic Autoclub also in the FIA European Rally Championshipseries.
In the 2021 season, in addition to the Rallyprint series, he also took part in selected events of the FIA European Historic Rally Championship and together with his navigator Vladimír Zelinka won the title of European Champions in Group 2 with the OPEL Kadett C GT/E.

Karel Janeček (28. 7. 1973)
Mathematician, economist, social inventor and co-owner of the racing team Racing21.
Mathematics accompanies him throughout his life and thanks to it he has also succeeded in business in the past. For him, money is energy that should help where it makes sense. That is why it also supports science, education, art, institutions and gifted individuals and devotes most of its time to projects that can improve the atmosphere in society and its functioning. He has been helping our society for a long time, both personally and within the framework of the six foundations he founded. His primary focus now is on the D21 voting system, protecting free speech, working with scientists at the Science 21 Foundation, and promoting the revolutionary Mathesso educational game. He also occasionally participates in car competitions in the role of navigator for driver Vojtěch Štajf, with whom he founded the Racing21 competition team in 2015.

Greatest successes:
- Absolute champion of Slovakia in 2016 and 2017 alongside Pavel Valoušek jr.

She got to the rally for the first time in 2013 in a Škoda Fabia R2 with Martin Vopatřil, when they finished in a beautiful 2nd place in class 2 at the Global Oil Rally Lubenik. This was followed by a number of starts alongside several experienced drivers (e.g. Emil Triner, Roman Švec and others). In 2015, Veronika's navigational talent was noticed by Pavel Valoušek jr. and he gave her the chance to compete at the top of the starting field in car competitions. During this time, she had the opportunity to sit in top competition cars, such as the Škoda Fabia S2000, Škoda Fabia R5, Ford Fiesta R5, and Ford Focus WRC 2006. After the end of Valousek jr.'s active career, she was subsequently approached by Vojtěch Štajf and immediately from the first competition together in the 2018 Middle East Rally Championship series in Qatar, they jointly took home the gold cups for overall victory. Subsequently, in 2019, he and Vojtěch Štajf formed a successful crew in an R5 specification car. Since the 2023 season, they have been enjoying racing together in the historic Toyota Celica GT-Four ST165 after Veronika decided to return to the racing environment after maternity leave. During her active involvement in the rally, she also organized together with MUDr. By Milan Procházka before the competitions, First Aid educational training for drivers and passengers and thus tried to increase the safety of crews during rally competitions in the event of accidents on the track.
